帳號被關閉,急需幫忙,不知道要如何作

hi  all:
我有一個mag 帳號, id:iammagb 於昨天12/28 凌晨約03:00玩到  9:00 ,後來要再玩時 就不能玩了

出現一段訊息:
this account has been close , please try another account or contact customer service for more information

目前連帳號都無法login ,請問要如何跑流程,我英文不怎麼行 ,請大家幫幫忙

原因如下: 資訊錯誤
The reason this account was banned is because when you entered your card information you entered your email address (happymineng@yahoo.com.tw) as your billing address. A billing address will be what your bank has as the home address on the card.
已做退費動作:
((-- The charges were refunded, ---))I have recovered the account for you, you will need to update your card on your account with the correct billing address and subscribe again. 他在收到之後就會開始處理,所以你多回一次了~ Varent 跟TW的遊戲公司不一樣,他們內部追蹤信件系統很有規則的
我之所以不寫細節只提問題是因為 ~ 那樣子簡單,清楚,你的問題他們才好處理,你描述一堆反而容易會搞混掉他們的方向
