我剛剛有登入帳號,是可以進去網頁內,但是沒辦法玩,好像還需重新付費,但是之前付的跑那去了,mail 上好像沒說ㄟ,要如何問之前付費的問題,soe 是已取消之前付費嗎??

Thank you for contacting Sony Online Entertainment. The reason this account was banned is because when you entered your card information you entered your email address (happymineng@yahoo.com.tw) as your billing address. A billing address will be what your bank has as the home address on the card. The charges were refunded, I have recovered the account for you, you will need to update your card on your account with the correct billing address and subscribe again. I am happy I was able to assist you today with recovering your account. We are glad to have you back and hope you enjoy your stay!
